Inclement Weather Policy

The Maryland Committee on Trauma remains committed to our healthcare colleagues and we understand the hectic and busy schedules that our students face.  However, as we all know, from time to time, the weather is not always cooperative and traveling to our course location may be dangerous.  We always want to place the safety of our students as one of our top concerns.

Our MDCOT Inclement Weather Policy is:

In the event any forecasts  place a winter or severe storm warning or watch in effect for the Baltimore area; students, faculty , and staff will be contacted via email, text, and  phone to be advised of possible class cancellation and any alternative plans that have been made.
