Just like learning CPR, knowing how to control bleeding can save lives. With simple techniques using your hands, dressings, or tourniquets, you can stop uncontrolled bleeding and prevent tragedy. We’re thrilled to bring this life-saving training to our community-empowering you to be the difference when every second counts!

To register for Stop the Bleed Week 2025 please find the class below that you are interested in and click the “sign up” button.  Registration is not required, but encouraged. Please feel free to bring a friend and spread the word to your community.

What is ‘Stop the Bleed’?

‘Stop the Bleed’ was launched by the National Security Council at The White House to empower everyday people like you to take action in emergencies. Inspired by advances in military medicine during the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, this program translates battlefield knowledge into lifesaving skills for the public. Whether it’s an everyday emergency or a large-scale disaster, knowing how to control bleeding can mean the difference between life and death.
